Audio-Visual Equipment provided:
Please set up your presentation prior to the start of your scheduled session so that your presentation time is not taken up with logistics. For speakers bringing their talk on a floppy disk or CD, this involves giving your diskette/CD to the computer support person who will save your talk on the hard drive of the meeting PC. Please bring your diskette/CD to the session at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session and stay to preview the talk to make sure it runs correctly through the projector.
Platform presentations should be 10 minutes long plus 5 additional minutes for questions. Due to the number of presentations, we must adhere to these limits strictly. There are no concurrent sessions--the meeting is all one joint session.
Each author will have a useable space that measures 4 ft.(121.92cm) wide x 4 ft. (121.92cm) high. Posters for both sessions should be set up after 4pm on Friday Sept. 10, and left up for the entire meeting. Titles and author lists should be large enough to be easily readable from a distance.
