IGES 2016 Registration Fees

Meeting registration fees include access to the Mixer Reception October 24th, breakfast and breaks October 25th and 26th, and the Banquet October 25th. Fees for Post-doctoral fellows and Students also include access to the Young investigator Luncheon.

Refund Policy
Up to and including 9/23/2016: Refund of registration fee minus a cancellation fee of USD 100
9/24/2016 to 10/23/2016: Refund of USD 100

Eligibility for “Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income Country” Fees
Please note that we use the definition of the World Bank for “Low-income” and “Lower-middle-income” countries: You must live and work in such a country to qualify.

Eligibility for “Post-Doctoral Fellow” Fees
Registrants must be working as a post-doctoral fellow and be within five years of PhD completion at the time of registration. Status must be confirmed by the registrant’s primary supervisor by emailing
