2022 Call for Abstracts

We are pleased to announce the 2022 Call for Abstracts! We invite you to share your knowledge and insight by submitting an abstract to this year's meeting. Topics include:

  • Biobanks and large-scale populations
  • Common disease genetics (including cancer genetics, heart disease genetics)
  • Diversity and studies of multiple ancestries
  • Immunogenetics (including COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2)
  • Machine learning and data science
  • Mendelian randomization and causality
  • OMICs: methods and applications
  • Polygenic risk scores and prediction (and general polygenic trait genetics)
  • Statistical modeling in genetic epidemiology (GxE, GxG, Multi-trait and summary-statistic methods)
  • Whole genome and exome sequencing studies

Important Dates to Consider:

  • February 22:  Abstracts requiring early notification are due by 11:59pm CST

  • March 2-9: Early acceptance notification period

  • **DEADLINE EXTENDED!** April 29: All abstracts due by 11:59pm CST 

  • May 17-23: Abstract acceptance notification period
