Transportation to Estérel Resort

For your convenience, IGES is offering transportation for attendees traveling to and from the Annual Meeting and Educational Workshop.

Transportation is available for $40 USD each way for the following routes:

  • Saturday, October 17: Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) → Estérel Resort
  • Tuesday, October 20: Estérel Resort → McGill University in Montréal for the Educational Workshop

Because attendees will be arriving in Montréal at varying times on Saturday, IGES will collect flight arrival information from registered shuttle passengers and develop a transportation schedule designed to accommodate those arrival times as efficiently as possible.

Shuttle schedules, meeting locations, departure times, and other transportation instructions will be provided to registered passengers a few weeks prior to the Annual Meeting.

Advance registration for transportation is required.
